The meeting helps us understand your organisation's requirements before recommending any support. It allows us to discuss your situation, answer initial questions and determine the most appropriate way to help. Where ongoing support is appropriate, we'll provide a tailored proposal or quotation before any chargeable work begins.
If none of the available appointment times are suitable, please contact us directly. We'll do our best to arrange a convenient alternative where possible.
Yes. During the booking process, you'll be able to choose your preferred meeting format. If you select Microsoft Teams, we'll send your meeting invitation before the meeting. If you prefer a telephone call, we'll contact you using the number you provide.
A brief overview of your enquiry is sufficient. Please do not include confidential employee information, medical information or other sensitive personal data before the consultation. If further information is required, we'll explain how to share it securely after your meeting.
No. The complimentary discovery meeting is designed to help you understand your options. There is no obligation to engage Ashdown Green for further services following the meeting.
Discovery Meeting must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to allow us sufficient time to prepare for your appointment. You may cancel or reschedule your meeting online up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If you require assistance within these timescales, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to help.
Following your meeting, we'll review your requirements and discuss the most appropriate way to support your organisation. Where ongoing support is appropriate, we'll provide a tailored proposal or quotation outlining the recommended services, timescales and associated costs. There is no obligation to proceed.
We understand that workplace matters often require timely action. Where possible, we'll discuss expected timescales during your meeting and, if we're able to assist, aim to begin supporting you as soon as reasonably practicable.
